The plant superficially resembles clover (a cousin in the same family), especially while young,
It has clusters of small purple flowers followed by fruits spiralled

The older plants have a very long roots.

Food
Lucerne sprouts are a common ingredient in dishes made in South Indian cuisine.
And in some countries People also eat lucerne sprouts in salads and sandwiches.
As with all herbs, Intermittent consumption is beneficial, but should not be overstated.
dried lucerne leaf is available as a dietary supplement in several forms, such as powders, and tea.
It is widely used in the cosmetics industry and is used to prevent the aging of the skin.
In europe it used mainly to feed animals, and in my country people dry it for animals, they not eat it.
But it has a Curative Effect.
Lucerne has a strengthening effect. Being very rich in vitamin C.
It has a beneficial effect due to the plant estrogens it contains.
Improves the absorption of food,
Immune system strengthening effect
to strengthen bones and teeth
and much more

Every Year we collect a few.
Watch my videos about it:

There is An other plant it called blind nettle.
Its not the real nettle.
The bees love it too, and …..
Its flowers are edible, its leaves are eaten cooked in vegetable dishes.
It used to be used for hair bleaching
In folk medicine, the plant is used for urinary and digestive problems
recommended in case of insomnia.
and it has a uterine strengthening effect.
whole plant can be used.

Beneficial insects
The honey bee love lucerne flower.
Harvesting all of the lucerne can destroy the insect population,
but this can be avoided by mowing in strips so that part of the growth remains.

Anyway,
With a good receipe, the lucerne can be a very delicious food.

My first song is done :)

Finally, I recorded my first song. I’ve been really looking forward to this moment. I’ve written a lot of songs, but I’ve never been able to compose and sing background music for her. I enjoyed this adventure incredibly.

It brought something new to me. I had to learn how to use music editing software and what to say. It wasn’t easy, but I managed it. ?

I hope to be able to make the music foundation for my other music soon. Not a professional arrangement, not a high quality, no studio album, but I had a great desire.???

Hope you like it too!?

All About My Hair – I haven’t washed my hair with shampoo in half a year!

I haven’t washed my hair with chemicals in half a year.

Embarrassing topic!??

Fragmentation, bran .. unquestionably since I live in the city.

Somewhere I drew a parallel in my head, but many just say “I don’t think so” when I shared that suspicion.
I still have the suspicion that there may be a lot to do with this, especially being an urban person.

(If you’re only interested in the end result, scroll down to “It’s finally over!”)?

Failure and Failure:

At first, of course, I tried a simple shampoo change, but nothing.
I changed from a stronger shampoo to a gentler shampoo.
Failure
With a natural wrap for dry scalp, because my hair is not so greasy.
Failure
I looked for some other tips. I dried it another way. But nothing. These were just a failure.?

Then came the baby shampoo (not the brand, but any shampoo for babies), if it’s good for babies, it will be good for me too, I thought. For a moment, it seemed to have improved, but it hadn’t been a success yet.

Then I experimented. What if I wash once a week, and what if I wash every two days?
I tried to see if anything changed.

Almost!
Then came homeopathy and herbs.
And Eggs and beer … yes, eggs and beer.?
At first, I thought my hair was going to stink or something, but it worked particularly well. It solved the problem perfectly.?

Then I realized something else last summer.

When we went on vacation for the sea, I was a little worried.
I don’t like to travel with big packages and the one and a half week trip were several stops.
So I gave up the big tube of shampoo and took only a little with me. I didn’t really use it during the whole vacation because we were constantly in the sea.
And see a miracle.?‍♀️
I didn’t get dandruff from the saltwater.

Natural seawater washed, wind and heat dried my hair.
And my hair was clean, beautiful, deal that the dandruff was gone!

After all, the diagnosis was made.
My scalp is hypersensitive to anything that is not completely 100% natural.
